Project detail
Refurbishment and upgrade of the existing John Gray High School campus, carried out after the new school was completed. The works brought the older buildings back up to standard so that they could be transferred and put to use within the ministry rather than left empty. Public sector work carries its own procurement rules, reporting obligations and scrutiny of every variation. The instruction covered property and construction consultancy across the phase.
Project experience gained by a member of the Nautic team while working at a previous firm. This was not a Nautic instruction.
