Data centre construction in Europe has spread well beyond the five traditional hubs of Dublin, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Paris. Major campuses are now being built in Madrid, Milan, Warsaw and Lisbon, and across the Nordics. The map below shows the markets where we currently accept instructions.

In each of them we provide quantity surveying, project and construction management, lender monitoring, risk engineering, loss adjusting and dispute support, both on data centres and on the commercial, residential and industrial property around them. Whatever the location, every instruction follows the same process: a written scope and fee, an inspection, measured analysis, and a report with its conclusion stated up front.
