Nautic recently undertook the construction of a new theatre at Árdscoil Rís Post Primary School, North Circular Road, Limerick. Commencing in March 2018 and completing in August 2018, the project budget was €75oK. The style of build was traditional masonry with a portal frame structure, and the new theatre includes a proprietary foldaway seating system.
With a project timeframe spanning May 2017 to February 2018, we recently completed construction works for Limerick Diocese Offices (LDO). Comprised of 1,100 M2, the project involved the upgrade and conversion of an existing three-storey building to modern office accommodation.
